dki4d is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), is a standard industry practice designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

Deposits are credited to your dki4d account balance in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes following confirmation of receipt by dki4d's payment processing system. dki4d does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which dki4d accepts no responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. dki4d reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice. Players who require higher deposit limits for verified high-value accounts should contact customer support.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds deposited from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of the deposit and potential account suspension. dki4d does not accept deposits made using credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed on the deposit page.
Withdrawals from your dki4d account are processed to verified Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets registered in your own name. dki4d processes withdrawals without charging platform-side fees. Average processing time for verified accounts is under three minutes; first-time withdrawals may take longer pending KYC completion.
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a promotion page, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money or bonus bets on eligible games only — certain game categories (including, but not limited to, live dealer tables and certain progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified on the relevant promotion page, measured from the date the bonus was credited to the account. Expired bonus balances and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account without notice.
dki4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus — and to void any winnings derived from that bonus — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using wagering patterns specifically designed to minimise risk and extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent; or collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, dki4d may permanently close the player's account.
dki4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered, unless the change is required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

All bets are subject to acceptance by dki4d. A bet is confirmed only when the platform displays a confirmed bet reference number. dki4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error, or suspicious betting pattern is identified.
In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game round, dki4d reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's real-money balance. No claim may be made against dki4d for winnings that would have been achieved but for a malfunction or error. The principle of "pays to play" does not apply where a manifest error has occurred.
All game results and sportsbook settlement decisions made by dki4d are final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of dki4d.
dki4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on dki4d, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dki4d shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether or not dki4d had been advised of the possibility of such loss:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude dki4d's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
dki4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) dki4d is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable fraud or money laundering risk; or (d) the player is found to be ineligible under Clause 3.
Upon termination for cause, dki4d may forfeit some or all balances held in the account, including real-money funds where those funds are connected to prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity.
You may close your dki4d account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed at your request, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.
dki4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
